Dr. Azuka is a Consultant Obstetrician-Gynaecologist and Public Health Scientist. She is the Founder and Team Lead of D-ACE Medical Consulting and Communications, a medical communications start-up based in Abuja, Nigeria. She also serves as a medical writer/reviewer with Dateline Health Africa (USA) and SemicHealth (Nigeria) and is a member of the WHO Fides Network, a global community of health influencers. She previously worked as a Consultant Gynaecologist at the National Hospital, Abuja, and is currently a part-time Consultant Gynaecologist at St. Jude Women’s Clinic, Abuja. Dr. Azuka has co-authored up to 10 peer-reviewed publications in reputable journals and has authored more than 45 patient/public education articles. Her key professional interests are medical communication, women’s health, and public health.
